Каким патчем патчилось? Патчу универсальным от 8.*-9.* версий (TiR) - 32-битная версия работает, 64-битная грузится без половины элементов интерфейса и сносит ини-файл.
Сравниваю этот файл и файл после универсального патча - есть три отличия по 4 байта в длину.

найдено на просторах инета. А так не вижу смысла в патчах, можно потерпеть до финала и полноценного ключика
