PhraseExpress Enterprise 16.2.30

1. After installing PhraseExpress it is required to run the program at least once to create config.xml in the folder ...Appdata\ Roaming\ PhraseExpress
2. Before running the keygen, it is required to completely unload PhraseExpress: close the program window and right click on the PhraseExpress icon in the notification area > Exit., thus ensuring monopoly access of the keygen to config.xml
3. Copying the keygen into the installation folder is not required (it's not a patch), but due to the binding to the hardware (ID), the keygen must be run in the same system where PhraseExpress is installed and config.xml is created.
