PointandSee - бесплатная полнофункциональная утилита для поиска и идентификации цвета под указателем мыши. Использование этой программы состоит в том, что Вы просто перемещаете указатель-"искатель" над цветом, который Вам нужно определить, и получаете все необходимые сведения.

PointandSee is a FREE simple but full featured under cursor color finder.

USAGE

Simply move the finder over the color that you need to distinguish. The inbuilt magnifyer and X,Y readouts allows you to see in detail your selection and aids to pinpoint the exact pixels under the finder. The color under the finder is displayed in the Point Color box, at the same time R,G,B and Hexidecimal values for the selected pixel are shown.
