Is it safe to upgrade to version 7.0.1?

Yes, update to 7.0.1 working fine.

This is a security and bug fix release. It includes all the patches that were made available for 7.0.0.
This resolves a security issue when the Tailscale integration is enabled on a container running in Host mode and then shared with other users. As of this release, starting such containers has been disabled. To proceed, disable the Tailscale integration for containers in Host mode or change the Network Type to Bridge or "Custom: eth0/bond0/br0."

Правильно ли я понял, что достаточно на флешку закинуть unraider в папку config и потом можно будет обновиться через системное меню Update OS. или сначала сделать Update OS а затем закинуть кряк?

Just in case will add english version of my questions. And as a quick guide for an update of existing 6.12.13.
do i get it correctly, that i should just copy unraider file to /config folder on my usb drive and then just use system utility to Update OS . or should i first update os and then use unraider?

Well USB Stick is sort of Your license, so it must be plugged in all the time.
