EditPlus

Продвинутый и быстрый текстовый редактор с подсветкой синтаксиса HTML, CSS, языков программирования (PHP, Java, C/C++, ASP, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, Python, Ruby и проч.), и многих других. Огромный выбор пользовательских шаблонов подсветок для различных типов файлов (несколько сотен), включая такие как CUE, BBcode, BAT (CMD), REG, INI, INF и др. Имеются средства пакетной обработки файлов, поддержка регулярных выражений, Zen Coding and Emmet Coding, сортировка и удаление дубликатов строк, поддержка FTP/SFTP, встроенный браузер, Hex Viewer. Достоинством данной программы также можно считать и малый размер исполняемого файла. Что-что, а программы в Корее делать умеют.
Выпускается как в виде 32-bit, так и 64-bit версий.

EditPlus is a Windows text editor with built-in FTP (also FTPS) and sftp capabilities. While it can serve as a good Notepad replacement, it also offers many powerful features for Web page authors and programmers.
Syntax highlighting for HTML, PHP, Java, C/C++, CSS, ASP, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, Python and Ruby on Rails. Also, it can be extended for other programming languages based on custom syntax files.
Seamless Web browser for previewing HTML pages, and FTP (also sftp and FTPS) feature for uploading local files to FTP server.
