Unistall Russian MUI?

Hi,When I brought my computer, the Russian MUI pack is already
installed on the system. I want to get rid of the MUI pack and install the
"Language Interface Pack" instead. When I try to install the Language
Interface Pack, it says "Your computer already have MUI pack installed, so
Language Interface Pack cannot be installed on your system." Who knows how to
remoe this MUI pack?
