Программа меняет иконки в EXE файлах. Умеет выдирать иконки из файлов и сохранять их в ICO, BMP. Может создавать иконки для файлов из JPG, BMP, ICO. Автоматически подгоняет иконки по размеру и цветам. Также заявлена возможность менять иконки файлов DLL, OCX, SCR и т.п., хотя ни у меня, ни у других знакомых мне людей иконки в файлах с вышеописанными разрешениями не менялись. Только в EXE.Exe Icon Changer - This tool can replace the icon in the executable file easily. Even if you move the file to another computer, the changed icon will be displayed anyway! EXE'шник самой программы или ломаный? У меня качает всё.Вот зеркало самой программы:

Кликать надо на одной из ссылок с надписью "External Mirror".
А если из аддона вместо архива скачивается файл с неизвестным расширением, то просто подставляем в конце файла ".rar", и он магическим образом превратится в архив. Качать аддон нужно через браузер.
