Утилита для очистки системы от разнообразного "мусора". В ходе своей работы Crap Cleaner ищет и удаляет временные и неиспользуемые файлы. Что вы всё мучаетесь?
Файл лицензии (CCleaner.dat) и бибилиотека от проф (branding.dll) - в папку установки или портативки фри;
или установка триал проф и, соответсвенно, копирование только файла лицензии ( поскольку библиотека уже будет присутствовать) в папку, с заменой.

Маленькая ремарка для пользователей данной программы.

Программа хорошая, пользуюсь давно, но вот столкнулся с такой проблемой - на одном
конкретном (из примерно 15) компов не запускался инсталлятор версии 5.46...
Перебрал все - ничего не помогло, последней версией с возможной инсталляцией на этом компе стала версия 5.38 - выпуск примерно 8 месяцев назад...

Версию 5.46 я все-таки запустил на этом компе - просто скопировал папку установки с другого компа и все спокойно заработало...

Вот такой нюанс - может, кому-то пригодится...

In the new version of Software Updater, you can now close the dialog box that shows the list of running programs to leave them running and omit them from the scan. 
We’re continuing to test the new version of Software Updater via Health Check with a growing set of users.

New Cloud Drive Cleaner (Beta) is now available to all paid users. It helps find and remove redundant files, freeing up storage space and organizing Google Drive.
We've enhanced Performance Optimizer to only display programs installed under the currently logged-in user, as well as excluding essential programs like antivirus that should not be deactivated.
Fixing bugs and other improvements
We've fixed a crash affecting a small number of users during Software Updater scans.
We've addressed a crash that could occur when starting the Performance Optimizer regular scan.
We've resolved an issue causing Health Check to get stuck for some users.
