Изменения затрагивают всё: начиная от загрузочного экрана, заканчивая внешними оболочками (скинами) различных стандартных программ. После инсталляции Vista Transformation Pack все окна, включая системные настройки, поддерживают прозрачность. Кроме внешних изменений в операционную систему Windows XP вносятся и некоторые функциональные добавления. Например, на Рабочем столе появляется боковая информационная панель. В новой версии исправлено множество ошибок, обновлены иконки, визуальные темы, рисунки экранов приветствия и звуки, добавлена возможность выбора места установки пакета и его интеграция с дистрибутивом Windows XP. Обратите внимание, что этот пакет разрабатывается сторонними разработчиками, а не программистами Microsoft.

This is the most tired release I’ve ever been through. I wonder if user who get this will appreciate how hard I really went through for this. It seems Lee is being too messy right now so I won’t hold back any longer. You will find this program is amazingly easier comparing to all other shell packs.

Не качается? Можно воспользоваться Google. Вот ссылка на скачку с Download.com. Оттуда всё прекрасно качается:
Кстати, официально это версия 7.2.0, но полагаю что в постах выше ссылки на неё же. Просто вышло небольшое недопонимание с версиями.

На моем компьютере установлена и Vista и XP.Так вот, XP с установленным Vista Transformation Pack 8.0.1 глючит и тормозит больше чем сама Vista.Насчет внешнего вида, ну если Вы не видели Windows Vista, то можно сказать,похоже один в один.
