Miranda Password Recovery is a tool that is able to automatically find and decrypt Miranda Instant Messenger password information with a click of a button! Even if you have already un-installed Miranda, there is still a good chance that you can recover the passwords for your accounts. Firstly, run the program, click "Recover password!" button and see if the program manages to automatically find and decrypt passwords.
If this doesn't work, find the location where Miranda used to be installed (usually in C:\Program Files\Miranda\). Open Miranda Password Recovery tool, click From File button and browse to the location where Miranda IM was previously installed. If you see a .dat file in this directory - you're in luck! Double click on the first .dat file and you will see if it stores any passwords. Do this for all files that were found in the Miranda installation directory.
