Scanning Method
· Classic - Entire message contents are compared. (Slow)
· Hash - Compared are message CRC-32/Adler-32/MD-5 values.
· Light - Compared are the Message-Id headers. (Fast)

Additional Scanning Options
· Beside message text compare:
1) Headers
2) Attachments

· Cross-Mailbox Scan: This feature let us compare for duplicates across several mailboxes.

Filters
Use of filters can speed up the search. Only messages that match given criteria will be scanned for duplicates. The following filters are available:
· Match Status
· Match Importance
· Match Text Field: Anywhere, Any Header, Senders Name, Subject, Recipients Name, Body & Attachment Name
· Match Flag
· Match Size

Action
Action to be performed on duplicates can be:
· Delete
· Set Expired
· Set Flag: Duplicate
· Set Importance: Low

Log
Log provides the overview of main program activities.
