Bulk Image Downloader 6.42

Important: Some of the sites that have had support updated require the user to be logged in to access the images correctly. To do this, first use the "BID Site Login" function (Ctrl+Alt+L) to open BID's internal browser. Go to the site using this special browser window and log in, always remembering to enable the "remember me" or equivalent option if there is one. Once logged in, close this special browser window and then use BID to scan pages from the site.

Note that BID's internal browser must be logged in to deviantart to get the larger "download" images. If not, the smaller preview images will be downloaded. Use the "BID Site Login" (Ctrl+Alt+L) function to open BID's internal browser and log in if required.

multi threaded downloads from javascript sites now quicker than before
BID would sometimes close unexpectedly when downloading from certain sites or displaying thumbnails - fixed

- BID should now stay logged in to deviantart (previously would be logged out automatically after downloading)
- BID can now download mp4, gif, zip and rar files from deviantart
- BID was not automatically restarting downloads after pausing when a devianrtart server block was detected
- BID was only downloading from the "featured" gallery section when "all" was selected - fixed
- BID will now correctly load images when a sub gallery is selected
instagram support updated: some images were not detected, and some were duplicated - fixed
