Added webmail of mailto content type supporting, such as yahoomail, gmail, hotmail.
Fixed the bug that it deals with all default E-mail by Outlook Express whether its client is Outlook Express or not.
Fixed a bug in judging a XML link whether is RSS Feeds or not.
Fixed the bug that it can not clear the "Undo closed window List" completely.
